Skin lightening has become very popular with young women who are chasing the air-brushed look. The Qi beauty facial does, by default because we did not expect it, leave the skin much lighter. On occasion this has created an issue for us because our after photos always reveal lighter skin.
We believe the explanation is this; the polarity and gauss of the stimulators used in the facial cause the capillary walls (which are thin) to tighten, a bit like reinforcing them. The entire Qi beauty facial before and after photos that you see on this website have been taken after only one facial and no alterations have been made. The lightening effect is real.
