Elizabeth is the owner and primary practitioner of Pure Skincare by Elizabeth in Bradenton, Florida.
As a business owner and highly qualified practitioner, Elizabeth is passionate about facilitating innate repair, specialising in holistic treatments that deliver results.

We spoke to Elizabeth about her philosophy, business practice and milestones of being one of the first Qi beauty certified practitioners in the US.

Qi. What is your motivation and requirement for introducing a new treatment into your clinic?
E: I strive for perfection and fear stagnation. My clients will always receive a new touch component or modality during each treatment because it's incredibly important to give them an unforgettable experience, each and every time. Having been licensed for 13 years, I've been immersed in innumerable skin techniques and very little are actually utilized. That's because I stray from trends and gravitate toward ancient and traditional modalities that result in real transformation and an authentically happy client. Transparency is important to me and I only want to offer techniques that give them the most beautiful and best result. One client put it, "a good old-fashioned facial" and it's true! My hands are healers. The addition of Qi Beauty is aligned with the core of my business ethos and blending what I have developed over the years is something truly magical.
Qi. Have you ever had a Qi beauty treatment?
E: I was the fourth Qi Beauty Practitioner in the United States, so unfortunately I have not experienced a Qi Beauty treatment. I have had the opportunity of mentoring and assisting a few Skin Therapists who have since become certified in Qi Beauty so I'm envisioning myself receiving a treatment very soon!
Qi. What has been your greatest achievement using Qi beauty so far?
E: Qi beauty has brought upon this next level opportunity for treating skin and in ways that I have never been able to achieve, such as smoothing glycation, immediately improving textural concerns, and lifting the architecture of the eye area. Being the 4th Practitioner in the United States to offer this unique method of skin restoration is my greatest achievement. I feel so honored to share this with my community.
Qi. How do you approach reactive and sensitive skin?
E: Reactive and sensitive skins need an ultra-gentle approach. My practice is based on the principles of Corneotherapy; a way of improving the integrity of the skin barrier while enhancing the natural communication of the cells. (Qi Beauty is the PERFECT complement!) For a Qi Beauty treatment, I always leave an open gate to prevent heat accumulation as well as applying magnets on the Triple Warmer acupuncture point to clear heat from the body. Some of the most amazing transformations are those who are reactive because Qi completely eliminates inflammation and clears waste which immediately reveals healthy, vibrant tissues.
Qi. How can the intense oil help stressed skin?
E: Intense Oil is a deeply restorative treatment oil that delivers high nutrient support into the tissues for strengthening the stratum corneum, restoring impaired skin functioning, and enhancing the skin's microbiome for a healthy flora. When the skin is stressed, it's lacking nutrition, healthy blood flow, and optimal cellular functioning. The Intense Oil applied with a Qi Beauty Matrix is a boost of total regeneration. This is why photos are a huge part of this method because we can see a distinct change in the health and color of the tissues directly after a treatment.
Qi. What has been your most significant result so far?
E: Can I have a few? (ha!) I have performed over 100 Qi treatments and there have been results that have stolen my breath. One result unveiled an entirely different texture, and while I was not focusing on improving the texture, Qi revealed how the tissues realign and restructures collagen fibers.
Those with inflammatory skin conditions respond incredibly well to Qi, so well in fact, their results show such a lessened amount of inflammation, their face looks entirely different!
A few of my other favorite results are those with quite lax and heavy tissues that need a significant lift and sculpt. A single Qi treatment rebuilds and restores density and remodels facial contours, unveiling results that gives them an appearance of a face lift.
Qi. How do you manage your wait list? You are booked out for months!
E: I am so grateful and appreciative of my community and so happy to serve as many as possible! My waitlist became so abundant that I had to close it and it's been heartbreaking turning down those who need assistance, so I have been considering reopening it. Saving skin and changing lives is what I live for and I will do whatever it takes to help others in need.
Qi. What do your clients love most about their Qi beauty result?
E: My clients can immediately see a difference with results becoming more and more visible weeks after the treatment. "I can see it working!" is a testimony in itself. Not only do results speak for themselves, men and women are finding a newfound boost in their confidence and continuing that self-investment in other areas of their lives.
Qi. Do you see a relationship between tired clients and tired skin? What makes skin tired?
E: This is where a Qi beauty treatment comes in! Lack of energy equals tired cells and Qi Beauty is a cellular revival program! Qi results do differ on those who need more nutritional and hormonal support as well as those suffering from sleep deprivation. The body as a whole needs to be cared for and I do see those who are lacking skin nourishment as well as inner wellness and soul support need a Qi Beauty treatment the most. As Kathy, Qi Beauty Founder put it, the first treatment opens the door and the second flips the light on. Once that light is flipped, the cells are much more responsive and their skin starts to show its unique and vibrant transformation.
Qi. Do you use the Home Kit?
