Her speciality is Acupuncture and instilling a sense of balance to her patients through her passionate philosophy and respect for health and qi.

Q: Are you a morning or night person?
I was born in a year of a Tiger; evening/ night is the time I like to play and get a lot of creative ideas...
Q: How do you find your qi?
I find my Qi through listening to the messages from my body and practising what I preach.
Q: Do you have a life motto you live by?
"People are the happiest when they focus on others".
Q: What is your go to breakfast?
Overnight oats or a green smoothie with marine collagen, nuts and seeds.
Q: What does your ideal morning look like?
My ideal morning is slow and relaxed cuddling with my sugar gliders and hearing them purr!
Q: Coffee or tea?
Green or stinging nettle tea.
Q: Blow-dry or air-dry?
Air dry.
Q: Pilates or yoga?
Yoga .
Q: If you were stranded on an island for one month, what two beauty products would you chose to have with you?
Some nourishing facial Oil and mascara.
Q: Vintage or new?
Vintage.
Q: What are some of your tips and tricks to de stress after a long busy day?
Doing something good for myself, like taking a bath or preparing a healthy, nourishing meal and sharing it with someone I love.
Q: Where do you see your acupuncture practice in 5 years?
I would love to work in a retreat setting, helping people be their most relaxed selves.
Q: Where do you see yourself in ten years?
In ten years I would love to see myself being curious, enthusiastic and always learning.
Q: Was there a specific time/situational that ignited the idea to study acupuncture/ qi beauty/ wellness ?
My mother is my greatest inspiration when it comes to wellness-she always experimented on us growing up, using natural remedies like herbs, colonics, castor and essential oils.

Wholehearted, meaningful, flowing.
